How to understand your pet better using Tarot
How many times have you wanted to understand your pet better? It can be frustrating when we can’t. Tarot readings for animals are a helpful way to be able to do this, and I am here to help.
As an animal lover and a Buddhist, I believe animals are sentient beings, and deserve happiness equally. I give tarot readings for animals because I want us to better understand who they are and what their needs are.
My approach to animal communication is compassion based. The messages I give are both gentle and informative. Booking a session with me, can help you to better understand the needs of your pet and what could improve their overall happiness.
Animals are easy for me to tune into. I work with Tarot cards to help translate their feelings from the images that are chosen. I find animals communicate in a much simpler way than we do, and their feelings and needs are very pure. Just having this awareness can help you to understand your pet better.
How can a Tarot reading help my Dog?
A Tarot reading can help your dog to be better understood when simple questions are asked. The imagery in tarot cards, can tell us how they are feeling, if they are happy, and what they need from you for optimum happiness.
Dogs communicate in a very simply and pure way. Tarot cards have 78 images, which contain a wide range of moods and emotions. The cards that I pick, clarify what my intuition feels and they allow me to translate those feelings back to you.
I can sense when a dog is in tune with their human. The problem is the human not being in tune with their dog. This is where I can help you to be better aligned with their personalities and preferences. I often find the problem comes from the client’s behaviour, rather than the dog’s. My animal tarot readings reveal your pets wisdom and what they want to teach you to be their best friend.
Dogs just want you to love them and to fully enjoy their love. They are not complicated.

How does a Cat communicate?
When I am asked, how can I understand my pet cat, I have to admit that they really do seem to be from another planet. I get why they can seem mysterious and difficult. Cats communicate differently to dogs. They are more selective with who they want to be around, and when they want to interact .
Cats are more complex around having their space and independence. I can pick up how they feel and what they need to be happy, but it’s more on their terms. Cats tend to see themselves as your boss. Unlike dogs, who are flexible with their human, cats are less so. Your cat be happier in the long run, if you respect this difference.

What happens in a Tarot Reading?
Q: What kind of animal communication do people come to you for?
A: People want to know if their animal is happy, and if their needs are being met. Can they do anything more for them? People can get confused by behaviours that are hard to understand. I provide the clarity and insights into why and what could help. Clients want to know how their pet feels when they are left alone. Death and loss of an owner can have an impact too, and people want to know if that affects the animal in question.
Q: What happens in a session?
A: A session usually takes place online. We start by looking at what issues you want help with. What you would like to know about your pet? I will need to see them so I can tune in, but they do not need to be present for the whole time. I then work with Tarot cards to tune in to your pet’s experiences. Towards the end of the session, we review the information I’ve given, to make sure it is understood and you know how to use it.
Q: What will I come away with?
A: You will come away with detailed advice, which I record for you, letting you know how your animal feels, what they want you to know, and the cause of the problems they are experiencing. By the end of the session, I believe you will know your pet better and will have more of an understanding about them.
Health issues in pets
Health issues in pets, can be stressful and upsetting. Quite often, unexplained and sudden health issues have an emotional basis. Although I can sometimes feel into the reasons and causes of a health situation, I am not an expert, so please always seek a Vets advice before or afterwards.

Rescue animals
Having a tarot reading can be particularly valuable if your animal is a rescue. We can explore their background and how their life was before you met each other. The cards can reveal what they experienced before you came into their life, and how they might still be affected.
I can give advice based on what needs to be considered in your relationship from those experiences. Sometimes pets had previous owners who you can not talk to. I can tune in to what their day to day life was like with them, and explore if they had any particular routines that they might miss having.
I am located in the UK and I read for clients all over the world. My services are provided online, via zoom. I offer 30 mins and 60 mins sessions, in which we look at whatever you’d like to bring to the reading. I look forward to working with you and your furry friends.

Louise guided us through our first pet tarot with my Cavalier King Charles Lily.I have done tarot readings before, but never with my dog, so it was really interesting to explore the space with Lily in mind. Louise immediately put both dogs and myself at ease and had (prior to the consultation) suggested I consider some questions to ask. This was very useful, but Louise had also come prepared with suggestion questions that I had not thought of, which were also explored and proved most revealing.
